LMM have been supplied to world’s top steel manufacturer Arcelormittal, TATA Steel, NLMK, MMK, etc. We do OEM for Concast and Danieli for a long time
Cemented carbide roll rings (also known as tungsten carbide roll ring) possesses good thermal conduction property. Compared with pther materials, it is much better in terms of heat-resistance, wear-resistance and strength. What’s more, it shardness reduces a little under the condtion of high temperature. So, the cemented carbide roll rings is invented with the ap-pearance of high speed wire rod mill. With the development and improvement
Application: it is widely applied in the production of high speed wire, bar and deformed steel bar.
Company introduction
LMM GROUP is cemented carbide steel industry, focus on the efficient solution, thus become the specialization of carbide roller ring.
Production equipment
The company has an integrated office space including a R&D center and a testing center, and a large-scale modern carbide roller ring production line. It can independently complete the entire process from product design, research and development, production of tungsten carbide powder to cemented carbide roll ring forming, processing, slotting, and rib milling of finished products. It has reached a production scale of 1,000 tons (50,000 pieces of cemented carbide roller rings) per year. The output ranks among the top in the world.
a
The production of tungsten carbide powder is first calcined into blue tungsten by APT (ammonium paratungstate) through electric heating rotary furnace.
The blue tungsten is then reduced in an automatic propelled reduction furnace to produce tungsten powder.
Sieve the tungsten powder through a vibrating sieve.
The sieved tungsten powder is separated by an airflow classifier to separate tungsten powder with different particle sizes.
The tungsten powder is added with carbon black and other additives according to a certain ratio, and then it is ball milled and mixed well for use.
Put the tungsten powder prepared with carbon black into the intermediate frequency carbonization furnace for carbonization.
Finally, the carbonized tungsten carbide powder is milled and screened by a ball mill mixer to produce high-quality tungsten carbide powder.

Ingredients: Prepare tungsten carbide powder, cobalt powder and other rare elements in proportion
Add the prepared raw materials into the ball mill for 24 hours of wet grinding, and add a molding agent to fully mix the powder.
Put the wet-ground mixture into the spray drying tower and spray dry it for use.
Pressure molding: put the prepared powder into the mold, and press it with a hydraulic press;
The compacted billet is sintered in a low-pressure dewaxing and sintering integrated furnace to form a roller ring blank.
Finishing: Roll ring blanks are processed into finished roll rings through flat grinding, inner hole grinding, and outer cylindrical grinding; it can also be processed into high-line grooved roll rings, high-line threaded roll rings, and combined rolls for bars according to different rolling mills , rebar roll
Detection: Our company has a complete set of detection methods, starting from tungsten carbide powder as the raw material of the product, detecting the distribution of tungsten carbide tissue, carbon composition analysis, oxygen content and other chemical composition analysis, and tracking to each process of the product, and finally Roll ring blanks are tested for physical properties. Including the analysis report of the metallographic photo, the hardness and bending strength of the roll ring, etc., and finally the inspection of the appearance of the product, that is, the accuracy of the processing size.
