Common problems and solutions

1. Excessive wear of the rollers: If the rollers are found to be severely worn, they should be replaced immediately. At the same time, check whether the rolling parameters are reasonable and optimize the process parameters to reduce wear.

2. Roller rupture or breakage: If a roll rupture or breakage occurs, stop the machine immediately to check the cause. Possible reasons include roll quality problems, insufficient cooling, or external impact. Take appropriate preventive measures based on the cause.
