How to innovate business under the epidemic ? US$2.4 million rolling mill equipment project

In year 2020, our long term cooperation client Aghasteel feedback that they are under expansion phase and there are lot of auxiliary equipment and structures etc to procure from China. As per their state bank’s policy, they have to import all of the desired equipment under one contract/LC. They need a reliable and good relationship partner to help them to arrange it.

Considering the long term cooperation relationship and helping our client to solve problem, LMM agreed to help them with this business.

• Cooperation Mode Discussion

After LMM GROUP held a internal meeting, a team was built to take charge of this business. We began to discuss and confirm the cooperation model with Aghasteel through email way.

• LMM & Aghasteel Video Conference

After the cooperation mode was confirmed, LMM team met with Aghasteel through video conference, introduced the teams familiar with each other, reconfirmed the cooperation mode and signed MOU.

• Factory inspection before production

Considering the inconvenience of international business trips under the epidemic, LMM took the initiative to take the responsibility of controlling risks for customers. In order to ensure the rights and interests of Aghasteel, LMM arranged technicians to go to the factory to conduct on-site inspections, collected photos and documents, organized them into reports and send them to Aghasteel for evaluation and confirm.

• Follow-up during production

During the production process, LMM followed up the production progress and regularly shared the production progress with Aghasteel to ensure the goods can be delivered on time.

• Inspection of goods before shipment

According to Aghasteel’s inspection requirements, LMM helps them to do pre-delivery inspections to ensure product quality, and the inspection results are organized into documents and sent to Aghasteel for inspection and confirmation.

• Goods Shipment

The Spring Festival is coming, and the domestic cargo transportation is very busy. LMM made every efforts to coordinate the factory and freight forwarder to send goods to the warehouse, then mix them and load in container as per required.
