Cemerted Carbtide Composite roll
Cemented carbide composite rolls are mainly used in finishing mills for bars, section steel, and common wire rods. This can greatly reduce the frequency of changing slots and rolls, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. Maximize surface quality and yield, with significant economic benefits.
Our Carbide Composite Rolls use special grades of Carbide. Through the hydraulic locking nut, the carbide roller ring is fastened to the shaft under the 2OOMpa axial pressure of the hydraulic oil. Under the protection of prestress, the cemented carbide composite roll will work more effectively.

Production equipment
The company has an integrated office space including a R&D center and a testing center, and a large-scale modern carbide roller ring production line. It can independently complete the entire process from product design, research and development, production of tungsten carbide powder to cemented carbide roll ring forming, processing, slotting, and rib milling of finished products. It has reached a production scale of 1,000 tons (50,000 pieces of cemented carbide roller rings) per year. The output ranks among the top in the world.

Cemented carbide roll rings of production process
The main raw material of cemented carbide is tungsten carbide powder. In order to ensure the stability of cemented carbide roll ring products, the company invested 20 million US dollars in 2010 to introduce equipment specialized in the production of tungsten carbide powder, achieving self-sufficiency in the production of tungsten carbide raw materials. Thus avoiding the instability of product performance caused by purchasing raw materials from different suppliers.
