Cemented carbide composite rolls are mainly used in finishing mills for bars, section steel, and common wire rods. Our Carbide Composite Rolls use special grades of Carbide. Through the hydraulic locking nut, the carbide roller ring is fastened to the shaft under the 2OOMpa axial pressure of the hydraulic oil. Under the protection of prestress, the cemented carbide composite roll will work more effectively.

The main raw material of cemented carbide is tungsten carbide powder. In order to ensure the stability of cemented carbide roll ring products, the company invested 20 million US dollars in 2010 to introduce equipment specialized in the production of tungsten carbide powder, achieving self-sufficiency in the production of tungsten carbide raw materials.
