تُعد HBW05 مادةً جديدة طورتها شركتنا خصيصاً لخطوط إنتاج القضبان في مصانع الدرفلة من نوع KOCKS. تتراوح صلابة سطح الدرفيل بين 84 و89 درجة على مقياس شور (HSD)، مع تفاوت في الصلابة على السطح لا يتجاوز 3 درجات (HSD)، وانخفاض في الصلابة بمعدل لا يتجاوز درجتين (HSD) لكل مليمتر من العمق. كما يبلغ الفرق في الصلابة بين ثلاث حلقات درفلة ذات فتحات من النوع نفسه 3 درجات (HSD) أو أقل، بينما يبلغ الحد الأقصى للإزالة في عملية التجليخ الواحدة 1 ملم. تتميز هذه المادة بمقاومة عالية للتآكل ومتانة ممتازة ضد الصدمات تحت تأثير الأحمال الحرارية؛ مما يمنح المنتج متانة فائقة ومقاومة للتآكل، ويمنع حدوث تشققات أو انفجارات في حلقات الدرفلة، فضلاً عن سهولة تشكيلها ومعالجتها. وتصل قدرة هذه المادة على تمرير الفولاذ إلى ما يعادل 60-80% من قدرة حلقات الدرفلة المصنوعة من الكربيد الملبد، في حين يقل سعرها عن 50% من سعر حلقات الدرفلة السبائكية، كما يمكن أن تصل فترة التشغيل بين عمليات تغيير الفتحات (تغيير المسارات) إلى ورديتين عمل.

During the use of high-speed steel rolls, under good cooling conditions, a thin and dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the roll body.
